I used Hydroxycut a few years ago when epehdra was still a main ingredient and recently purchased the ephedra-free Hydroxycut. I did manage to lose weight, but not as much weight as I did with the Ephedra based Hydroxycut. I can attribute this to a better workout schedule that I kept a few years ago. All in all 10 lbs in a bottle is pretty good for a diet pill.
